I agree with your thoughts. However, not all of our pain and anger can be healed by oneself. Until our society values equality for all and remedies the vast inequalities, there will be fierce anger. Our lives have equal value at birth; it is society which classifies and assigns value to each individual.
If only every person got the message from society that he/she is a valued, loveable person entitled to, and ensured to receive, the same rights as every other in that society…

A society is made up of individual people. If the individual people have been wounded, they will re-enact those wounds . . . either getting re-wounded themselves, or acting out onto others how they were wounded. So people who did not get the message or the experience that they were valued, loveable, entitled to, and ensured to receive what every child has a right to . . . co-create a society that does the same to people over and over again. Whatever else is occurring in a society, the truth of this cause and effect of the individual wounding on the society is core. And so is the truth of the cause and effect of the individual healing on the society. . . if the individual healing is to the root.
